The Glen Arbor Arts Center’s kids and teens classes focuses on students’ creative potential. It is designed to provide the basics of art learning and to encourage the development of young artists. Our instructors are artists and experienced teachers, who are skilled at bringing out the natural creativity of young people and guiding them in finding their own self-expression.
Students should wear appropriate clothing for working with art materials. Please be punctual in dropping off and picking up children. All supplies are included in tuition fee unless otherwise specified.
Please see the PDF info sheet for more details.

Please print, complete and give the transportation permission form for Glen Lake students to the elementary office.
Off-season classes are at the Glen Arbor Arts Center, 6031 S. Lake St. Most summer classes are held at Thoreson Farm, on Thoreson Road in the National Park.
Pre-registration is required. We recommend at least two business days prior to class at dev.glenarborart.org (open 24/7), 231-334-6112, or in person. Your place will be reserved with payment in full. We encourage early registration as classes may fill up quickly.
We encourage students to sign up early. Classes may be canceled due to low enrollment. In the event a class is canceled, full refunds will be issued or your balance can be applied to another class. WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS: When Glen Lake Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, all kids and teens classes will be cancelled.
Please see the GAAC terms and conditions.
