Enjoy a cozy, hands-on creative experience in this adult-only needle felting Community Class! You’ll learn to felt pieces flat, then stuff and sew them together to make winter creature ornaments, including polar bears, penguins, and reindeer. Explore color, pattern, and texture as you create unique designs, gaining the skills and confidence to continue making ornaments long after class ends. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to relax and create a festive keepsake.
Pricing: $35 per adult. This class is community-focused and priced to be accessible. If you’re able, extra contributions are welcome to support future offerings.

After studying textiles at the Rhode Island School of Design, Alyssa Brieanne started an embroidery and textile studio. All designs begin with a hand-drawn image or painting that is then translated into embroidery. Each piece is a unique color and material investigation, incorporating textures and embellishments. Her work is whimsical, colorful, and playful. She is inspired by folk art and vintage textiles.
