Kristen Berlacher, New Board Member
Welcome Kristen Berlacher! Kristen joined the Glen Arbor Arts Center Board in January 2026. As a Glen Arbor year-round resident and passionate community builder, we are thrilled to have her join our governing board.
Kristen is a global social impact leader with more than 20 years of experience building programs that connect business with community impact. She currently serves as Director of Community Programs at Airbnb, where she oversees the company’s $100M Community Fund and helps drive initiatives that support nonprofits around the world. She was also a founding member of Airbnb.org, helping provide emergency housing to people displaced by crises worldwide.
Closer to home, Kristen is excited to bring her experience to the Glen Arbor Arts Center board. A local resident, she lives with her husband, Keenan May of Northerly Architecture, and their daughter, Aila, a budding artist. Their family’s deep connection to the arts—and to the Arts Center—makes this role especially meaningful.
