Watercolor for Beginners

This is a two-class introduction to watercolor. Techniques such as wet on wet, dry brush, splatter and many more will be demonstrated. The ratio of water to paint is the key to successful watercolor results. The more water, the more the paint spreads and the color lightens; more pigment makes the color darker. Mistakes are required. Wear old clothes. This is a fun, no pressure class. An experienced instructor, Mary will give individual instruction and encouragement to all. Students will work at their own level with frequent demonstrations. Bring humor.
