Date:  January 30
Time: 1-3 pm

Learn how to edit and enhance your smartphone phone or tablet photos to perfection with Karen West.  Karen will take you through her five-step process for making your pictures POP and returning them to what you saw when you snapped the shutter. Working with the Snapseed app, participants will bring up the colors, highlights, shadows, and details in their pictures.

Snapseed is the best photo-editing app. It’s available for free on iOS and Android. It has manual editing options and preset filters organized by general categories. This workshop will take you through. West’s simple five-step process for making your pictures POP and bring them back to what you saw when you snapped the shutter. Snapseed brings up the color, highlights, shadows and details in any picture. It’s simple and easy to use.

*Please download Snapseed before the workshop and have two landscapes and one portrait image ready to edit.

Format: Live Zoom (a Zoom link will be sent a few days before the class).

Karen West is a photographer by heart and passion and a philosophy teacher by mind and trade. Both have come together in her photographic adventures with the iPhone. Transitioning from 15 years of fine art photography to the tiny iPhone camera sharpened Karen’s eye and finally taught her how to “paint with the camera.

Please download Snapseed before the workshop and have two landscapes and one portrait image ready to edit.

Requests for cancellation by the student at least seven (7) days prior to the first day of class will be honored (minus a $20 processing fee). NO REFUNDS will be given for a student cancellation made less than seven (7) days in advance of the day of the class.
