Neil Walling has been painting watercolor and oil for many years. He graduated from the Art Center College in California and has had several one-man shows. His paintings have won numerous awards, including first prize at the 2009 GAAC Paint Out, second prize in the 2010 GAAC Paint Out, and first prize and the People’s Choice award at the 2015 Paint Out.
