March “Little Artists”

The “Little Artists Series” begins Friday, March 2, 9:30 a.m. at the Glen Arbor Arts Center. In March, this three-class program for pre-school children and an adult looks to the world of “Rainbows and Leprechauns” in each of the interactive projects geared to nurture young children’s natural creativity

“Little Artists” classes are March 2, 9 and 16 at the GAAC. Each class is 90 minutes, and begins with a theme-setting story told by instructor Michele Aucello, an educator with 26 years’ experience in elementary education. Parents and children then work together on a hands-on project. During the March series, the little artists will focus on leprechaun lore, their tricks and magical gardens.

Cost for the “Little Artists” is $40 for the three-class series, for an adult and one child; $20 for each additional participating child. Non-participating infants less than 1 year are welcome at no charge. Pre-registration is required. For more information or to register, call the GAAC, 231/334-6112.
