Intro & More to Watercolor

This is a two-day introduction to watercolor. Learn or reinforce your basic skills. This is a fun, no pressure class. Mistakes are required. Wear old clothes. Give yourself permission to try, and painting can provide relief from the stress of everyday life. Techniques such as wet on wet, dry brush, splatter and many more will be demonstrated. Learn about mixing water with pigment to make colors muted or bolder. The ratio of water to paint is the key to successful watercolor results. An experienced instructor, Mary will give individual instruction and encouragement to all. Students will work at their own level with frequent demonstrations. Bring humor.
