How To Photograph Your Artwork
October 19: Learn to photograph your artwork like a pro using your own camera or phone and simple clip lights to help get your artwork into juried shows. (A camera is preferred, but using your phone will be discussed.) In three hours you will learn to use lighting and backgrounds to highlight texture and remove glare to really show off your work. Bring a camera or phone and a piece of your artwork to practice techniques acquired during the course. Each artist will have an opportunity to photograph his or her own artwork with the assistance of a pro. You will be amazed what a few simple techniques can do to improve your photos.
