GAP: Auditions for “The Bells of Saint Mary’s”

The Glen Arbor Players [GAP] will be holding auditions for the holiday production “The Bells of Saint Mary’s.”
A staple of the Christmas season, “The Bells of Saint Mary’s” debuted in 1945 as a film drama produced and directed by Leo McCarey, and starred Bing Crosby and Ingrid Bergman. The story centers on a priest and a nun, who, despite their good-natured rivalry, try to save their school from being shut down. The GAP production is adapted from the 1947 radio script.
The “Bells” cast will need 4-5 men, 3 women, and 1 middle-school age adolescent [12-13 years old]. Review copies of the play are available at the Glen Arbor Arts Center, 6031 S. Lake St., Glen Arbor.
