Flower Arranging

In this hands-on class, learn how to do simple creative arrangements and hand-tied bouquets from a master florist. Tuition includes scissors, foam, container, tape, and flowers. Students are encouraged to bring flowers from their gardens.

Dan Cruz, Master Gardner, studied floral design in Japan and Korea, and flower design in Europe. A Michigan State graduate in Floriculture, he is past president of the Michigan Florist Association, a past member of the American Institute of Floral Designers, and has owned three florist shops
