Clay for Kids Session 2

Get your hands in the clay. Choose projects from an array of ideas; animals, houses, owls, turtles, wizards, dragons, and many more. Learn slab, coil and pinch methods. On Friday decorate your creations with paint or glaze and add razzle dazzle.

About the Teacher: Nancy Miller is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University where she earned a Bachelor of Art Education. She has taught art to children in summer programs at Northwest Michigan College and the GAAC. She has helped to develop GAAC’s pottery program at Thoreson Farm. Nancy continues to explore her own creative interests through ceramics and watercolor painting.
