AIR Talk: Studio Painter Emilie Lee

Emilie Lee (AIR September 27-October 10), a studio painter living in New York City, will begin creating a new body of work that explores the Sleeping Bear Dunes landscape and its stories. She’ll take a multi-pronged approach to gathering information – direct observation, interviews, plein air sketching – to create work that expresses her passion for the wilderness.
